Baking Night

Some people go out with their friends on Saturday night, not me. Just kidding. I usually do, but I had an unique, chill Saturday and I had time to bake a recipe that I pinned on Pinterest a while ago. They are Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies, and they turned out delicious! I took pictures while making these cookies! I will put the recipe at the end of my blog post!

Ingredients:
3 Cups of flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 cup of butter, room temperature
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 cups of chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and then spray pam on the foil
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. Set aside
3. Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Add the egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree and mix until combined. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Then stir in chocolate chips
4. Drop by large, rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the cooking sheet, then EAT!
