Chasing Adventures, Loving Others: I'm still alive..and I'm three weeks late

I am so sorry I am late with this blogging thing. The last three weeks have been crazy busy. The first week I didn't blog was Labor Day weekend. To start off that week it was my friend Trent's 19th birthday and we went to Applebees, Tuesday-Thursday I honestly cannot remember what I did, but on Friday I got to drive the twinkie home! On Friday I got to see my grandparents from Florida which is always a good time. I also got to see Austin and my dad's side. On Saturday, Austin, Falecia, and I went on an adventure! We went to eastside and we bowled at the Alley and then we to see a movie called The Way, Way Back and Steve Carell was the bad guy... I did not like that. Then on Sunday, I got to be reunited with all my good high school friends and we got to face time the lovely Cooper. Finally, it was Monday and I had to go back to COLLEGE. The second week I did not blog, nothing really exciting happened to me. My life consisted of a lot of homework and then that weekend I got to go to the State Fair with Austin. It was a lot of fun and he did the sweetest thing for me.. He bought me a super cute yellow purse that I had been searching for like months. He also drove me all the way back to Emporia because a friend drove me to Wichita. You could say he's pretty selfless and I'm one lucky girl. This past week I can really talk about what has been happening. I started my job and I LOVE IT! I work at a coffee shop in our school union and we proudly serve Starbucks. I'm officially a Barista. I also have been loving being apart of Chi Omega. At first, I was really hesitant and I didn't feel like I could find my place, but I gave it time and I'm so very happy for that! On Thursday, I got to experience my first college football game, it honestly reminded me of high school just a bigger student section and less cliques. This past Saturday (14th), we had a Sisterhood Retreat (Chi Omega) and it was a lot of fun & then after that we just hung out. I can tell I've already made some new best friends. SOOOO, overall I have been working as Barista, doing homework and laundry, and just having lots of fun with my new sisters and all my floor best friends. Instead of writing a ton, I'm just going to upload a lot of pictures!
